IMPORTANT INFORMATION

After being lambasted for weak security by the press  and IT communities  in recent years, Microsoft have really clamped down on security with their latest operating systems, Windows Vista™ & Windows 7™.

To make the transition to their new operating systems easier, Microsoft have accommodated many of the old ways of working, for backwards compatibility with older applications. So, whilst some older application may run under the new operating systems, they rarely use the latest Microsoft recommended security procedures. More importantly, it is certain that Microsoft will remove these loopholes in the future!
