DATABASE CLEANUP UTILITIES

Two new utilites are provided to help you ensure your mail merge and mailshot customer details are correctly addressed, without having to go through each customer individually and edit their details.

When you are running a busy park, it is all too easy to enter a customer's details using incorrect titles or improper capitalisation. It reflects badly on a business and is annoying for customers to receive mail which is badly addressed in this way. These two utilities – Tidy up Customer Titles & Tidy up Customer Names – help to ensure you don't do this.
