Postcode Look-Up Module |
The postcode look-up module is our most popular module and an excellent time saving facility. By simply entering in just the customer’s postcode, the correct full postal address is immediately and automatically entered into the customer’s address field.
It can be very difficult to collect address information from a customer on the phone if they have a strong regional accent you are unfamiliar with. Worse, if they come from a part of the world where place names have complicated or unexpected pronunciations, it can actually be embarrassing having to get them to spell out each line of their address. No such problem with the postcode lookup module.
