Book-A-Pitch Park Management Software

Attention to detail is our byword and a great deal of attention has been put into producing an extensive range of rich features in the software. It has been designed with the help and input of numerous site owners, to help you maximise your profits and improve accuracy and efficiency.
Want to physically check around your site to make sure that everyone who is on site, should be on site? Simply use the report wizard to take you through a step-by-step guide to produce a "Site manager's report." This will include details of all the activity for the day or weekend: Arrivals, Departures, Children's Birthdays, Jobs, etc.
There are dozens of useful reports provided. View them on screen, export them to various popular file formats and, of course, print them out.
The dynamic info-pane to the right side of the diary is another great feature. By collating all the useful information together in one static pane with multiple tabs, the need to move away from the diary screen for information is eliminated. It also means you can view this information and check customers in or out upon arrival or departure, without leaving whichever screen you are currently working in.
The customer page and the customer lookup function both feature 'Previous Bookings' lists, so you can see where returning customers were placed before, in case they ask for the same pitch again. Or simply use it as a nice touch with your booking-in questions: "Did you like the pitch you were on before, Mr Jones? Would you like to be placed there again?"
One of the best features of the diary system is its unique and comprehensive filtering system. Having the most popular pitches at the top is great, but when you need to reserve an out of the way pitch, a remote cabin for instance, simply select the cabin filter and only cabins will be listed. Then you can select from a list of pitch facilities, allowing you to focus only on the pitches you and your customer are interested in.
The diary features drag and drop which allows you to rearrange bookings and maximise the available space without fear of adverse consequences. Never will you or your staff miss charging for an upgraded pitch, as the software will ask you if the charges are to be passed on; and never again will you double book a pitch, because the software simply won't allow it.
