Simply use the report wizard, which will take you step by step to produce a 'Site managers report' which will include details of all the activity for the day or weekend. Arrivals, Departures, Jobs etc.

The dynamic, info-pane on the right hand side of the diary is another great feature. By collating all the useful information together in one static pane, the need to move away from the diary screen for information is eliminated. It also allows the user to view this information and carry on booking in arrivals whilst working in other screens. There is a previous bookings history, so the user can see where the customer stayed before, in case they ask for the same pitch again, or use it as a nice touch to your booking-in questions.
"Did you like the pitch you were on before...? Would you like to be put there again, Mr Smith...?"
One of the features of the diary system is the unique filtering system. Having the most popular pitches at the top is great, but when you need to reserve a more unusual one, a cabin for instance, simply select the cabin filter, and only the cabins will appear, allowing you to totally focus on the pitches you are interested in.
The drag and drop feature allows the user to manage their pitches without the worry of any consequences. Never will the user miss an upgraded pitch charge, as the software will ask you if the charges are to be passed on and never will you double book a pitch, because the software just won't allow it.
