Formally an optional extra, this module is now included with the core Book-A-Pitch software. It is fully integrated with all bookings. Each pitch and its facilities, as well as any chargeable site facilities, will be automatically priced for you.

Configure multiple charge bands to cover all the seasonal tariff charges. Items with identical prices are grouped together, so you don't have to price up each item individully.
THIS FACILITY WILL LITERALLY MAXIMISE YOUR INCOME
By making use of the simple charge band facilities, parks - which for ease, only operate a single 'all year round' rate - could apply, for example, a £1 per night surcharge for Bank Holidays and High Season. On a 100 pitch site, this would generate nearly £7,000 additional income. To return this same level of revenue, a park would have to install 4 extra pitches. Book-A-Pitch will pay for itself !

If you are registered for VAT then you will be pleased to know that producing your VAT returns, with this module, has just become a whole lot simpler and quicker. Included in this module is the facility to apply different VAT rates to your supplies. No more going back through receipt books, as your VAT is calculated for you, including summary and full audit reports.
